Project Management Tools Are Crucial

As a creative with several years of industry experience, I’m often asked how I manage projects for my clients. The short answer is that I use a handful of team management tools for this complex process. It’s hugely difficult and very inefficient to communicate with clients by email, sending large documents and actioning multiple to-do lists with various project stakeholders. Using tools like Asana improves communication with the project team and keeps clients informed, ensuring tasks are completed on time and on budget.

A huge variety of project management applications are now available, but my three favourites are Asana, Trello and Basecamp.
