I’ve created a number of campaigns for IMServ, a company that reduces costs for its clients through carbon control and energy-saving by offering specialist solutions in controlling and monitoring energy. The campaigns I designed have promoted both services and products, and have used online and offline media.
The focus has always been less on features and functions than on the needs and challenges of the audiences. The whole creative approach was carefully designed to encourage access and consumption, with user experience and content driving my work on product user interfaces and intranets.
These campaigns have produced wide-ranging outcomes, and have resulted in a considerable amount of collateral material. I’ve produced data sheets, presentations, customer welcome packs and overview brochures, as well as graphics that have been used to attract attention and inform, both at events and in offices.
